Blue Chip Building Consultants Pty Ltd is a specialist building inspection and project management firm. Inspections are made to assess the suitability of existing buildings for the intended use, and to identify any existing or potential problems. Such assessments cover materials, safety, maintenance issues (both short and long term), alterations, renovations and compliance with the appropriate standards. Assessments are made for residential, commercial and investment properties.
Chris Short is the Senior Building Consultant and company Principal and has worked in the building industry since 1973. His wide experience and qualifications include being a Category 1 Licensed Builder and a Registered Building Inspector. He has tertiary qualifications in Company Law and wide experience in Technical Writing.
Chris is:
- a Fellow and Life Member of the Association of Building Consultants.
- a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
- an Associate Member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia
